Lapti is a rapidly growing Finnish building and construction engineering company. In addition to housing and service space construction, Lapti focuses on HPAC construction and installation services for various construction companies. Approximately 670 professionals work at Lapti.
Lapti seeked Marker’s assistance to refresh their brand. In order to highlight their unique approach to construction business, a new brand concept was designed. As a result, Lapti is now able to communicate their key messages in a distinctive tone of voice. On top of the brand concept, we designed Lapti´s visual identity starting with fundamental elements and web service and updated brand elements such as presentations, property ads and brochures.
To ensure the coherent way of utilizing brand elements, all this is documented in their digital brand guidelines tool, where all the assets – including print templates and CSS codes – are always available and up-to-date. The tool makes the future of the marketing function smoother, since storing and sharing the brand elements through one place will save their precious time.
